My name is Jennifer Bunnell and I have been a highly-motivated top-producer for Crescent Financial Solutions since the company’s inception in 2002.   
 
I genuinely care about my clients and thrive on the challenge of obtaining the best financing available for their specific needs.  I thoroughly enjoy helping make people’s dreams a reality!  I realize that many of my clients are making the biggest investment of their lives, and I don’t take their trust in me lightly. I work hard to make each transaction a positive experience because I believe that the best reward for a job well done is the opportunity to do more work.  There is nothing more professionally rewarding than receiving referrals from my clients, or sharing in the joy of someone who has just had the great satisfaction of closing on their first home.  I strive to deliver the straight truth and honest answers so that there are no surprises at closing time.  I value others and respect their needs, desires, time-lines, and privacy.  I am fully committed to the satisfaction of my clients and am proud that some of the bonds forged in my business relationships have developed into personal friendships.

I’m a native New Mexican, born and raised in Albuquerque. As a child growing up, I was and still am, referred to as Lencho.  Lencho, a name given to me by my Nana (grandmother), comes from the Antigua (Old or Antique) Spanish meaning Lawrence. Growing up in the downtown neighborhood of Martinez Town, I have a close-knit circle of family and friends. Throughout the years, I have worked as a soccer coach, a restaurant manager, and even in retail, but I discovered my passion in the year 2001 when a friend approached me with the opportunity of a lifetime: Helping start the business known as Crescent Financial Solutions.

Needless to say, I jumped at the chance and am happier now than I’ve ever been. Everyday, I am able to go to work and participate in two things that I believe in: building a company with integrity and helping people realize their dreams. As each day passes, I become more and more excited about the future of this wonderful city, but what I look forward to the most is improving the lives of the clients that walk through my door.

As I grow older I realize that what I truly value in this world are relationships.  I am fortunate to have a great girlfriend named Margot Sigal; I am a better man because of her. The other people I truly value in my life are my family and friends, they mean the world to me. The relationships I have, and the relationships I develop motivate me to become better; a better son, a better friend, a better consultant.  The relationships I foster from my clients is why I love what I do.

I have grown up in Albuquerque New Mexico and have been able to enjoy the beauty and great lifestyle that the city allows. I hold a degree in Communications from the University of New Mexico and I have started and been involved in several business ventures throughout the years ranging form Concert Promotion, Event Planning, to the Creation Design and Marketing of an Apparel company. For the last four years I have been educating and advising my clients in New Mexico and throughout the United States on financing options for their homes, properties and financial goals. I believe that building strong long term working relationships with my clients is a key factor in being able to properly advise and to provide mortgage products that are custom fit for each situation. Outside of the office I coach soccer, enjoy playing soccer, golf, volleyball and tennis. My most treasured time is time spent with my daughter, family and friends.

Angela Matzelle arrived in New Mexico in the summer of 1991 with a portfolio of original furniture designs under her arm.  A chance meeting with a furniture gallery owner prompted her to change zip codes and she was back in Taos six weeks later.  As Gallery Director her business skills combined with her creative talents to help grow an economy of local artists and craftspeople.  Her free time was spent in the Sangre de Christo Mountains skiing, mushroom hunting and hiking.  An avid fungophile, Angela determined she would be her own boss and started a business cultivating gourmet , edible mushrooms.  The business served three cities and was unique to the state.  In the process of growing a unique business Angela began to meet people that were making positive changes in the community. 

Serving the community in many facets became a focus that continues for Angela today.  Being involved in community service and fund raising for various organizations required a more central location.  Her business experience was sought in the start up of a team of professionals that helped people realize the dream of buying a home.  Angela infused her unique business style along with her integrity and respect towards others.  Over the years this personal and business sense has brought Angela to Crescent Financial Solutions.  She continues to work with Friends of the Library and The Santa Fe Woman’s Club and Literary Guild to raise funds to make our public libraries better and works with the Guru Ram Das Center for Medicine and Humanology teaching Kundalini Yoga for diabetics.  Her clients recognize the commitment and level of service they can expect in every transaction.
